Adoption Process

We take great pride in ensuring all of our cats and kittens go to loving homes that match their individual needs. We try to be as honest and descriptive as possible in our adverts to ensure a good match.

Stray cats who would not cope with a domestic home, will be rehomed to an outdoor / working home. We will not put a healthy cat to sleep.

Our adoption fees are £135

All cats and kittens come neutered (or arranged when old enough), vaccinated (may need taking back to the vet for second dose at no extra cost), microchipped (or done at time of neutering), flea and worm treated, vet checked and with 5 weeks insurance. Anything different to this will be discussed with you prior to adoption.

If you are interested in adopting any of our advertised cats or kittens, please fill out the pre-adoption application form below (stating their name) and we will be in touch. If you have not heard anything within 7 days, please contact us or re-apply. Please note that adoptions usually happen very quickly so please only apply if you are ready to adopt immediately (within 7 days). We will not reserve a cat while you go on holiday or until you are ready to take them. The full adoption process usually takes 1-7 days.

Once an application form is received, we complete a road safety check and start the matching process. We review all of the information to see if you and your set up are a good match for your chosen cat and vice versa. If it is not an appropriate match, we get in touch to let you know, and discuss any appropriate matches we may have. If it is a good match, we then get in touch to arrange a home check to ensure the home environment is suitable and safe for your chosen cat. If the homecheck and road check pass, we would then proceed with the adoption of the cat. At this point, adoption fee we be required and arrangement made for the cat to move to their new home.  Once in their new home, doors and windows need to be kept shut during the bonding period to prevent your cat escaping before it is allowed out. 

ALL available cats and kittens are advertised on our website and Facebook page. Replies can not be guaranteed to any messages or application forms without the name of a specified cat or for any cat not advertised as available. We do not have the time or man-power to reply to the amount of messages we receive, especially for kittens! We get inundated!
